Role overview

The Director of Engineering will be responsible for four cross-functional squads, approximately 25 Engineers, directly managing Tech Leads and a Delivery Manager. Deep understanding of enterprise/B2B software.

Main responsibilities

Working closely with the Engineering teams at an architectural level to ensure their solutions are aligned with, and deliver on, company goals. Creating and evolving autonomous, high-performing teams, ensuring they deliver value at speed. Driving engineering best practices and collaborating with other engineering leaders to continuously improve the engineering function.
