• This role would suit an experienced structural engineer, ideally Chartered, who is technically excellent and commercially astute.
• This is an opportunity to take a leading role in a very established structural design project and be involved in co-leading the current team of 15 staff.
• There is a very real option to take shares in the business going forwards, and become a co-owner swiftly if desired.
• If staying purely salaried appeals more, then this is ok too.
