We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading, growing organisation within the professional coffee solutions sector. Play a key role in managing service requests, maintaining SLAs, and acting as a central point of communication between customers, engineers, and internal teams.

How the role works day to day

Managing and prioritise customer requests in line with agreed SLAs (primarily 24-hour response times). Schedule engineers and manage workloads efficiently. Track and manage parts requests to ensure timely ordering.
