Dispenser/Care Navigator focuses on processing prescriptions, managing stock control, and overseeing the dispensing collection service.

What the role involves

• Processing prescriptions, managing stock control, and overseeing the dispensing collection service.
• Record management, typing, and banking.
• Reception and administration: Booking appointments, handling patient enquiries, electronic filing, retrieving results, and general office tasks such as data input.

Additional role context

• As part of our small, dedicated team, you will work closely with our Doctors and Practice Manager to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
• Participating in the dispensary and admin rota, providing holiday cover, and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
