Where the work sits

Our oversight services cover from 8am to 8pm Monday-Friday and the team work on a rota basis to cover these operating hours. Flexibility: Hybrid Work Model & a Business Casual Dress Code, including jeans.

How the role works day to day

Promote a culture of quality, accuracy and timeliness, striving for 100% delivery standards. Actively seek and respond to feedback, using service issues as learning opportunities to improve processes, procedures and overall service delivery to Distributor clients. Supporting Team Leaders, Team Managers and other teams as required, adopting a flexible approach to meet business needs.
