Diversity & Inclusion Assistant
Diversity & Inclusion Assistant focuses on providing all admin and programme support for the firm’s de&i initiatives.
What the role involves
- Providing all admin and programme support for the firm’s DE&I initiatives.
- Organising and attending meetings internally and externally including preparing agendas, taking minutes and circulating.
- Organise and workshops for new initiatives and training for staff within the firm.
- Working on a wide variety of research projects, organising newsletters.
- Attend and organise Diversity events – both internally and externally.
- Preparing reports on diversity statistics and general data.
Skills and requirements
- Previous legal knowledge/law firm background is preferable.
- Working knowledge of Diversity & Inclusion of at least six months to a year.
- Good written English and strong communication skills.
- Good level of IT skills including MS Word and Excel.
