- Overseeing a Divisional Activities lead and delivery of Life Enrichment programmes in all homes.
- Maintaining a good awareness of the market opportunities across the division.
Skills and requirements
- A background in sales, marketing, and/or communications.
- Previous experience managing a high-performing sales team.
- Experience analysing market and financial data, and presenting conclusions.
