Document Controller focuses on as a document controller you shall provide an information management service in a conscientious and timely manner.

What the role involves

  • As a Document Controller you shall provide an information management service in a conscientious and timely manner.
  • Undertake accurate quality checks on all incoming and outgoing documentation.
  • Control the issue and distribution of confidential project information in accordance with Document Control Plan.
  • Ensure all documentation is correctly authorised and accepted in line with CDT.
  • Ensure documents and deviations are readily retrievable though correct assignment of metadata, folder use and title descriptions.
  • Review code allocation and title make-up.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant experience delivering related support in a project-based environment/team.
  • Detail oriented with a good understanding of document management processes and systems.
  • Ability to work within a high performing team and to take initiative, work effectively and efficiently.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to maintain strong relationships with key internal & external stakeholders.
