With 15, employees, we support businesses, communities, and the public sector in accelerating the transition to a low-carbon, resilient future. Supporting project teams with compliance against ISO standards, QA procedures, and project-specific documentation requirements.

Main responsibilities

Ensure that information is controlled, up-to-date, compliant, and accessible to project teams, clients, and subcontractors. Managing all project documentation in line with company processes and client standards. Managing documents via EDMS such as Viewpoint/4.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Document Controller or similar administrative/coordination role within construction, engineering, or related sectors.
  • Experience using EDMS platforms such as Viewpoint/4P, BIM, Asite, or Share.
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
