This Job role is focused on free access to mental health, financial & wellbeing support services. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Who the work supports

Opportunity to purchase up to 2 weeks of Additional Paid leave & 4 weeks of paid parental leave. Proven ability to exceed grooming KPIs through high-quality care, customer satisfaction, and strong team collaboration.

Retail work involved

Free access to mental health, financial & wellbeing support services. Coordinating the grooming salon and clients in conjunction with the Store Manager. Maintaining a consistently high standard of salon presentation.

Retail skills and experience

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers and team members.
• Provide a positive and memorable grooming experience for all customers and their dogs.
• Assist store shop floor team when required, providing exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions.
