Job description
As a Support Worker, the work centres on review survivors’ well-being and take an active interest when on shift. It would suit someone who can bring supporting safe community integration through the development of healthy professional and personal relationships to the role.
Role overview
Essential Due to the gender specific nature of this role, applications can only be accepted from women candidates. All required checks will be undertaken as part of the pre-employment process for any successful candidate.
Main responsibilities
Review survivors’ well-being and take an active interest when on shift. Participate in handover briefings at the beginning and end of each shift. Work as part of a team, including volunteers, engaging with survivors, to support safe re-integration into the community.

Requirements
- Work on a shift which covers evenings and weekends.
- Experience of working with groups or individuals in order to support, motivate and change behaviour.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Word, Outlook and basic Excel.
Job details
- Ensuring that residents and the building are safe and secure throughout the shift, ensuring all significant events are appropriately recorded and communicated to relevant team coll.
