How the role is set up

This role requires a proactive professional who can build strong relationships with homeowners, installers, and internal support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Proactively find new ways to source leads within your territory also.

Sales work involved

Ensure a smooth transition from contract signing to the first fuel delivery. Maintaining high conversion rates. Conduct customer consultations to identify energy needs and present compelling value propositions that align with Flogas LPG's strategic growth.

Sales skills and experience

  • Have a proven track record in a target-driven sales environment, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and the ability to close opportunities successfully.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A full clean driving licence is required, as well as flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
