Main responsibilities
Manage budgets, own service performance, and build strong relationships with commissioners, service users, and families. Leading day-to-day homecare operations across Manchester and Tameside, managing commissioned care contracts and their KPIs, developing your team, and maintaining CQC compliance acr. We've built the support structure to back our managers up properly — centralised HR, payroll, quality and marketing teams, an in-house recruitment function with zero agency use, on.

Requirements
- Proven Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care — essential.
- Experience managing commissioned or local authority homecare contracts.
- Commercial awareness — you'll own budgets and performance.
Job details
- Up to £65,000 depending on experience + performance bonus.
