Main responsibilities

Manage budgets, own service performance, and build strong relationships with commissioners, service users, and families. Leading day-to-day homecare operations across Manchester and Tameside, managing commissioned care contracts and their KPIs, developing your team, and maintaining CQC compliance acr. • Proven Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care — essential.
• Experience managing commissioned or local authority homecare contracts.
• Commercial awareness — you'll own budgets and performance.
