Main responsibilities

Carrying out planned and reactive drainage maintenance across a cluster of commercial buildings. Undertaking drainage camera surveys on rainwater gullies, stacks and below-ground systems. Supervising and coordinating specialist drainage subcontractors on-site.

Requirements

• Proven fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial drainage systems.

Job details

• Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm.
• Drainage Engineer / Plumber – FM Service Provider – Commercial Office Building – Kensington, South West London – up to £42,000 per annum.
• A basic salary of up to £42,000.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
