A respected independent school in Brighton is seeking a creative and technically skilled Design Technology Teacher to join their department. The Role

You will teach Design Technology across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to contribute to KS5 depending on experience and specialism. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality Design Technology lessons

  • Teaching practical and theory-based content across core DT disciplines

  • Assessing and tracking progress to ensure strong outcomes

  • Maintaining a safe, well-organised workshop environment in line with health and safety requirements

  • Contributing to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities such as projects, competitions, or exhibitions
