• REGT1 – Medium Pressure.

Confirmed role details

• Retention Bonus Scheme: Up to £60,000 payable after three years, subject to overall business performance and individual targets.
• 40 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
• We do not operate an on-call (out-of-hours) rota.
• Instead, the role follows a rotating shift pattern to ensure full operational coverage.
