Dual Service Operative (Security & Cleaning)

What the role involves
- Monitoring and protect the property, people, and assets by identifying and reporting irregularities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and site-specific requirements to uphold the organisation’s reputation.
- Operate cleaning equipment, including the T7 robotic scrubber dryer, to maintain hygiene standards.
- Provide a professional and friendly front-line service to customers and visitors.
- Maintaining a visible presence Onsite, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.
- Follow all site-specific instructions and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
Skills and requirements
- Full 5-year employment checkable history.
- A valid SIA licence, a CCTV licence is preferred - however, training is available for the successful candidate.
- Customer Service experience and confidence to handle conflict in a correct manner.
Confirmed role details
- Average 24 hours per week, flexible shift pattern (as per site rota) - mostly evenings but will be expected to be fully flexible.
- Provide cover for the night-time security officers during their periods of annual leave or absence.
- During these times, your working pattern will flex to match the lone-working night shift rota (typically 19:00 – 07:00 on a 4 on, 4 off basis).
- Access to SIA and First Aid training at discounted rates, with financial support available.
