Duty Manager

McCarthy Stone is looking for a Duty Manager, with the role focused on keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams. It would suit someone who can bring accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication to the role.

Practical details
- Receive an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
- 24/7 access to Employee Assist Programme (including counsellors and legal advisors) and access to inhouse Mental Health First Aiders.
- Our Duty Managers sleep between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.
- £13.56 per hour day rate and £11.44 sleeping night rate per hour plus additional pay (see below).
