Duty Manager

Duty Manager focuses on overseeing the daily operations of the club, reporting directly to the club & spa manager.

What the role involves

• Overseeing the daily operations of the Club, reporting directly to the Club & Spa Manager.
• Act as the first point of contact for all resident and guest inquiries within the Club.
• Delivering a seamless customer experience while managing fitness and operational duties.
• Driving personal training opportunities with access to a high-net-worth clientele.
• Hourly Rate: £13.85 per hour.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the health and fitness industry, ideally in a 5* environment.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Level 2 Gym Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer certification (Group Exercise certification preferred).

Confirmed role details

• £30 per session (no rental fees).
• On Target Earnings (Full-Time): £28-31K+ – with potential to exceed this through personal training sessions.
• 20 hours per week.
