Duty Manager focuses on correct menus, prices, descriptions, allergens, displayed on time at the right place.
What the role involves
- Correct menus, prices, descriptions, Allergens, displayed on time at the right place.
- To verify all cash up processes at end of each shift in Bar, Restaurant, Functions and Reception.
- Control of stock, Client & Company Assets, ensuring all stock rooms are secure and access given to those that need it.
- Ensure all business requirements are met to the highest possible standards.
- To liaise with customers, client and staff.
- To be a point of comment and contact for customers and to ensure all customers are aware of what is available to them.
Skills and requirements
- Personal License preferred.

- RNLI Restaurant, Poole, BH15 1HZ.
- Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Sunday.
