Duty Manager

Duty Manager focuses on correct menus, prices, descriptions, allergens, displayed on time at the right place.

What the role involves

• Correct menus, prices, descriptions, Allergens, displayed on time at the right place.
• To verify all cash up processes at end of each shift in Bar, Restaurant, Functions and Reception.
• Control of stock, Client & Company Assets, ensuring all stock rooms are secure and access given to those that need it.
• Ensure all business requirements are met to the highest possible standards.
• To liaise with customers, client and staff.
• To be a point of comment and contact for customers and to ensure all customers are aware of what is available to them.

Skills and requirements

• Personal License preferred.

• RNLI Restaurant, Poole, BH15 1HZ.
• Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Sunday.
