What willthe role involve?

- Ensuringstaffing levels are adequate for the shift and any issues are addressed in atimely manner

- Anticipatingclient needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance clientsatisfaction

- Flexibilityto assist within other areas of the restaurant

- Briefingthe front of house team to ensure they have clear targets on customersatisfaction and upselling

- Maintainingclear communication with the kitchen team to ensure they are ready for serviceand products are available
