Managing the review of Architectural plans and the 3D Revit model generated by the external architectural resource at feasibility stage to prepare C2’s and Visuals for Board Approval. Overseeing with the internal store retail design team, the co-ordination of the merchandising Rev A layout and shop-fit programme ‘BY’ dates to suit business strategy. Managing with tenant surveyor, Project Managers, facilities and corporate responsibility to check designs and specification are fit for purpose and are sustainable.

What needs to be in place

• 5-10+ years’ experience in a retail Construction, interior design and architecture environment. Experience in collaborating with large Landlord, construction teams.
