What the role involves

  • Meticulously manage an intensive, extremely fluid calendar for the ExCo member with additional support to additional project Directors.
  • Handling sensitive government and national security information with utmost integrity and discretion.
  • Managing shifting priorities with composure, diplomacy and professionalism.

Skills and requirements

  • 5- years continuous residence in the UK is vital to clear security.
  • 5+ years’ experience supporting C-level executives within international or joint venture organisations.
  • Ability to travel within the UK when required (expenses paid).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with international partners in a multinational cross-cultural environment – exposure to national and foreign government ideal.

Additional role context

  • EA to ExCo member (6-9 months FTC).
  • The mission is to enable senior leaders to operate effectively and focus on strategic priorities of national and international defence significance.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end international meeting coordination including agenda creation, minute taking and coordinating travel and venues.
