What the role involves
- Delivering engaging outreach initiatives (campus events, careers fairs, insights days).
- Driving diversity focused attraction initiatives to boarded talent pipeline.
- Leading the recruitment process across our Early Talent programmes, including supporting application screening, leading.
- Design fair and inclusive assessment centers and interview frameworks.
- Monitoring and optimize recruitment metrics (conversion rates, time to hire and candidate experience).
- Ensure an engaging and high-quality candidate experience throughout.
