Early Years Educator (cross-site working, Kent)
Job description
As an Early Years Educator (cross, the work centres on within this role you'll be working across our three Kent settings in partnership with the existing educator teams on each site to ensure the successful running of the nurseries. It would suit someone who can bring warm, reliable, and clear in communication to the role.

Main responsibilities
Within this role you'll be working across our three Kent settings in partnership with the existing educator teams on each site to ensure the successful running of the nurseries. Supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care.

Requirements
- Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or with children under the age of 5.
- Level 3 or above qualification within early years.
Job details
- Holidays increasing to 22 days after 2 years service and 25 days after 5 years service.
- £14 per hour - dependent on qualifications and experience (includes travel stipend).
- Full Time, 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday (open to flexible hours), able to travel to all three sites as needed.
- Must be able to travel to all locations as per shift cover requirements.
