Early Years Educator (cross-site working, North West)
Job description
As an Early Years Educator (cross in Manchester, the work centres on within this role you'll be working across our five North West settings in partnership with the existing educator teams on each site to ensure the successful running of the nurserie. It would suit someone who can bring warm, reliable, and clear in communication to the role.

What you would be doing
Within this role you'll be working across our five North West settings in partnership with the existing educator teams on each site to ensure the successful running of the nurserie. Supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care.

What you need
- Proven experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or with children under the age of 5.
- Level 3 or above qualification within early years.
Practical information
- Holidays increasing to 22 days after 2 years service and 25 days after 5 years service.
- £14 per hour - dependent on qualifications and experience (includes travel stipend).
- Full Time, 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday (open to flexible hours), able to travel to all sites as needed.
- Access to one-to-one confidential counselling sessions through our Employee Assistance Programme.
