The Early Years Educator / Forest School Assistant or Leader position in October, Easter centres on supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care. It would suit someone who can bring warm, reliable, and clear in communication to the role.
Role overview
Days: * Ideally 4 days a week, Monday - Thursday (we’ve been pioneering the 4-day working week since we opened) but 3 days will also be considered. You will be an excellent role model to the children and help ensure high standards of early years care, teaching and learning.

Supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care.

Requirements
- Qualified and Experienced Early Years Educator /Forest School Assistant or Leader.
- Relevant childcare, early years, or classroom-support experience.
Job details
- Weeks: We are open 38 weeks a year, term time only.
- Start: Flexible start date between June 2026 - September 2026.
- Visits are taking place Monday 20th April through to Thursday 14th May.
- Work at least one whole week (4 days) of a holiday club.
