The Early Years Educator / Forest School Assistant or Leader position in October, Easter centres on supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care. It would suit someone who can bring warm, reliable, and clear in communication to the role.

Role overview

Days: * Ideally 4 days a week, Monday - Thursday (we’ve been pioneering the 4-day working week since we opened)‍ but 3 days will also be considered. You will be an excellent role model to the children and help ensure high standards of early years care, teaching and learning.

Requirements

• Qualified and Experienced Early Years Educator /Forest School Assistant or Leader.
• Relevant childcare, early years, or classroom-support experience.

Job details

• Weeks: We are open 38 weeks a year, term time only.
• Start: Flexible start date between June 2026 - September 2026.
• Visits are taking place Monday 20th April through to Thursday 14th May.
• Work at least one whole week (4 days) of a holiday club.
