Early Years Leader
This Early Years Leader role is focused on supporting lessons, learning activities, behaviour, assessment, or childcare routines according to the role. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.
Role overview
Our Early Years settings work within a ratio of 1:8, which means you could be working by yourself or within a team. With support and direction from the Camp Manager you will be the key contact for the 4- and 5-year-olds on camp, taking a lead in maintaining their welfare and providing high quali.
Learning support involved
- Supporting lessons, learning activities, behaviour, assessment, or childcare routines according to the role.
- Work with teachers, children, learners, families, or colleagues to keep progress and safety on track.
Education skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
Job details
- Seasonal holiday work available. Future opportunities in other half term holidays.
- Weekdays. Full season or part season roles available.
