As an Early Years Outreach Team Manager, the work centres on supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care. It would suit someone who can bring warm, reliable, and clear in communication to the role.

What the work leans on

Ladywood District Children's Centres are a targeted service for families with children aged 0-5 years. The Family Support team holds 1-1 caseload work and facilitates group work for families in the Ladywood District This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and experience.

Where the technical work sits

  • Supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care.

Technical requirements

  • Considerable relevant experience of work in an Early Years setting, and or in Children's Centres, gained over several years.
  • Experience of partnership working with professionals in relevant agencies and families to effect change and improve outcomes for children.
  • The ability to buy up to another 5 days annual leave via our Buy Your Leave scheme.
