What the work leans on
Ladywood District Children's Centres are a targeted service for families with children aged 0-5 years. The Family Support team holds 1-1 caseload work and facilitates group work for families in the Ladywood District This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and experience.

- Supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care.
Technical requirements
- Considerable relevant experience of work in an Early Years setting, and or in Children's Centres, gained over several years.
- Experience of partnership working with professionals in relevant agencies and families to effect change and improve outcomes for children.
- The ability to buy up to another 5 days annual leave via our Buy Your Leave scheme.
