The Early Years Practitioner Needed position centres on from leading small group activities to guiding daily routines and offering one to one support, you’ll help children grow in confidence and curiosity every single day. It would suit someone who can bring warm, reliable, and clear in communication to the role.

Role overview

Protocol Education is partnering with nurseries and primary schools in BS31 to recruit caring, dependable and flexible Early Years Practitioners ready to step into roles as soon as. Local nurseries and primary schools, no long commutes.

Main responsibilities

From leading small group activities to guiding daily routines and offering one to one support, you’ll help children grow in confidence and curiosity every single day. Dedicated consultants who support you and help you grow in early years education. Supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care.

Requirements

  • We focus on matching you with short and long-term placements that suit your experience, preferences and availability.
  • Relevant childcare, early years, or classroom-support experience.

Job details

  • Two proofs of address, such as a driving licence, utility bill, council tax bill or P45/P60.
  • CV covering the last 10 years of work or education, with any gaps explained.
  • Comfortable supporting children in an Early Years setting.
  • In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
