As an Early Years Practitioner, the work centres on supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care. It would suit someone who can bring warm, reliable, and clear in communication to the role.

Access to over 150 CPD courses within our new library. Previous experience working in an early years setting is desirable but not essential.

What the role depends on

  • As a Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old.
  • We are currently seeking Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioners to join us on a supply basis.
  • Our primary schools are based across North staffordshire and our requirements will vary from daily, short and long term possible permanent positions.
