  • Help deliver activities that support children's early development.
  • Observe children's development and contribute to progress records and assessments.

  • Establish positive routines that support children's wellbeing and independence.
  • Work with colleagues and families to support children's development.
  • Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all children.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant Early Years qualification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
  • Positive, caring, and energetic approach to working with young children.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
