• Strong background in early years education and practice for 0-5 year children.

Job details

• Work on the floor alongside nursery teams to demonstrate and role‑model best practice.
• Cultivate strong professional relationships with nursery teams and central office colleagues.
• Act as a pedagogical partner to Nursery Managers and leadership teams.
• Embed consistent practice by sharing, explaining and evaluating LEYF policies, procedures and pedagogical approaches.
