This Early Years Quality Advisor role is focused on supporting young children through safe routines, learning activities, and lesson-by-lesson care. It would suit someone who can bring warm, reliable, and clear in communication to the role.

Central to this is a strong, shared pedagogy that is lived and breathed across our organisation. This is a pivotal role supporting the high‑quality delivery of the LEYF Pedagogy across our nurseries.

- Strong background in early years education and practice for 0-5 year children.

Job details
- Work on the floor alongside nursery teams to demonstrate and role‑model best practice.
- Cultivate strong professional relationships with nursery teams and central office colleagues.
- Act as a pedagogical partner to Nursery Managers and leadership teams.
- Embed consistent practice by sharing, explaining and evaluating LEYF policies, procedures and pedagogical approaches.
