- Supporting lessons, learning activities, behaviour, assessment, or childcare routines according to the role.
- Work with teachers, children, learners, families, or colleagues to keep progress and safety on track.
- We are working with a welcoming and well-resourced SEN school in Gateshead that is looking to appoint an Early Years SEN Support Practitioner within their EYFS provision.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
Confirmed role details
- Temporary, term-time only.
Candidate fit
- Patience, safeguarding awareness, EYFS understanding, and clear family communication.
Additional role context
- 8:30am – 3:30pm (Monday to Friday).
