Early Years Teacher

Early Years Teacher focuses on delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the eyfs framework.

What the role involves

• Delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere.
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and educational development.
• Monitoring pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
• All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.

Candidate fit

• Patience, safeguarding awareness, EYFS understanding, and clear family communication.
