  • Teaching and inspire pupils within EYFS or KS1, delivering engaging and creative lessons across the curriculum.
  • Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Ensure inclusive classroom practice.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Monitoring and assess pupil progress, providing clear feedback and identifying next steps for learning.
  • Maintaining a positive, nurturing, and well-managed classroom environment.

Skills and requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Framework and/or Primary National Curriculum.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • A positive, proactive, and reflective approach to teaching.
