- Teaching and inspire pupils within EYFS or KS1, delivering engaging and creative lessons across the curriculum.
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Ensure inclusive classroom practice.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Monitoring and assess pupil progress, providing clear feedback and identifying next steps for learning.
- Maintaining a positive, nurturing, and well-managed classroom environment.
Skills and requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Framework and/or Primary National Curriculum.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- A positive, proactive, and reflective approach to teaching.
