Early Years Teacher

Early Years Teacher focuses on deliver the early years curriculum in accordance with the eyfs framework.

What the role involves

• Deliver the Early Years Curriculum in accordance with the EYFS framework.
• Lead engaging learning activities for children aged 0–5 years.
• Evaluate and enhance curriculum policies to ensure best practices are upheld.
• Monitoring and assess children’s learning and development, guiding staff to meet required standards.

Skills and requirements

• Experience teaching children aged 3–5 years.
• Experience in early years or non-school settings (desirable).
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience supporting children with varying needs, including SEN.

Candidate fit

• patience, safeguarding awareness, EYFS understanding, and clear family communication
