• Work with teachers, children, learners, families, or colleagues to keep progress and safety on track.

Skills and requirements

• Have experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Have experience supporting children with SEND and/or SEMH needs, or a strong understanding of inclusive practice.
• Be caring, patient and enthusiastic about supporting children's learning and development.
• Hold, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS check registered to the Update Service.

• Will also involve providing additional support for pupils with SEND and SEMH needs, ensuring every child is able to access learning within a nurturing and inclusive Early Years env.
