- The Room Leader will report and work closely with the Senior Management Team and become part of The Little Blue Door Leadership Team.
- Have experience and knowledge in providing a nurturing, inclusive and child-led environment for the required age of their room alongside leading and inspiring the team within their.
Skills and requirements
- Have a natural affinity with children, be warm, engaging and enthusiastic to make them feel at home.
- Have good communication skills, be reliable, self-motivated and professional.
- Have a good understanding of the very best of Early Year’s principles and how to successfully and creatively apply them to provide the very best standard of care.
- NVQ Level 3 relevant childcare and education qualification (or equivalent) is required.
Confirmed role details
- The setting runs all year round and is open from 07:30am – 18:00pm Monday to Friday.
- Be work 45 hours per week.
