Early Years Team Leader Level 3

This Early Years Team Leader Level 3 role is focused on will initially shadow the other Room leader within the setting to learn the role. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

Known job details

• Phoenix Childcare is open between the hours of 07:30-18:00 Monday-Friday.
• Working hours will be 35-40 hours per week.
• Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.

Likely focus of the role

• Will initially shadow the other Room leader within the setting to learn the role.
• Supporting of between 8 and 12 children per day.
• And be responsible for the day to day care.

Requirements mentioned

• Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification.
• GCSE’s A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills.
• Must obtain a clear DBS.
