  • Update stock levels, ensuring the website reflects current inventory (100-150 pieces at any given time across all three sites).
  • Resolve any site issues in a timely manner.
  • Update, and engage with followers on all associated social media pages.
  • Curate and post regular content, reflecting brand values and aesthetics.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and queries, ensuring a high level of customer interaction.

Skills and requirements

  • Previous experience in e-commerce site management, preferably in the fashion sector.
  • Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Strong proficiency in social media management and engagement.
  • Manage multiple sites simultaneously.
