As a Project Manager, the work centres on agile Delivery: Lead the build phase by managing sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective backlog prioritisation and team velocity. What the role carries

Agile Delivery: Lead the build phase by managing sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective backlog prioritisation and team velocity. Project Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact ecommerce projects, including website enhancements, checkout optimisation, personalisation, and platform integrations. Growth & Optimisation: Support initiatives to improve conversion rate, customer retention, and lifetime value in collaboration with marketing and product teams.

What the role depends on

• Influential Communication: The ability to influence across cross-functional teams, navigate complex dependencies, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 4+ years delivering ecommerce, digital, or product-led projects, including enterprise-scale implementations or replatforming.
• Delivery Rigour: A disciplined approach to project structure and high standards, with a project management certification (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2) preferred.

Practical details

• Competitive Rate: A fixed day rate of £600 per day (Outside IR35).
• Project Length: 9-12 months.
• Recruitment Process: Phone screen with hiring manager > Task and review with hiring manager > Final panel interview.
