  • ECT Science Teacher required full-time from January 2026
  • Independent co-educational day school (ages 4–16) in Leicestershire
  • Join a supportive and academically minded Science / STEM department

We are seeking an Early Career Science Teacher to join a well-regarded independent day school in Leicestershire. You will teach Science across KS3 & KS4 (and potentially support extension or enrichment science) in a setting that values academic challenge, small classes, and strong pastoral support. The post is ideal for new teachers who want structured induction, supportive mentoring, and professional growth. Experience & Qualifications

  • ECT Science Teacher (PGCE or equivalent completed)
  • Commitment to excellent teaching, inquiry, and practical work in Science
  • Good subject knowledge in one or more science disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
  • Reflective practitioner, enthusiastic and adaptive
  • Legal ability to work within the UK
