EDA Support Technician

The EDA Support Technician position with Renishaw. Employment Type centres on liaising with and supporting the EDA Team members tasks and developing own skills within the team. It would suit someone who can bring as the successful applicant, you will need to demonstrate that you have excellent skills in accuracy, good attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving to the role.

How the role is set up

Hybrid 3 days/week Onsite (please note, little to no public transport available)Salary up to [[SALARY_0]] depending on experience. Due to current demand, it is continuing to develop innovative products requiring further support and maintenance of all aspects of design.

Where someone would start

Liaising with and supporting the EDA Team members tasks and developing own skills within the team. Create 3D models using Siemens NX software. Read, understand and interpret engineering drawings and datasheets.

What is expected

• Having the ability to work to predefined time scales is also essential.
• Motivated to use/learn EDA tools including Zuken CR8000 and E3.
• Knowledge of CAD library tools and 3D part creation.
