This Education Finance Admin opportunity is built around providing administrative support to the LMS & Resources Manager in delivering the core functions of the service. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Who the work supports
Work pattern - 1 day office based and 2 days hybrid but can be flexibleWe work on bi-weekly schedule. 4-5 months contract with a local authority Job Purpose.
How support shows up
Provide administrative support to the LMS & Resources Manager in delivering the core functions of the service. Managing and administer the reconciliation of school meals income, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly. Processing invoices for both debtors and creditors, including raising purchase orders and ensuring correct authorisation.

What needs to be in place
- Administer School Uniform and School Milk grant claims, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with relevant procedures.
- Experience in an administrative or finance‑focused role, preferably within an education or public sector environment.
- Experience of processing invoices, managing reconciliations or supporting financial administration.
