EHS Manager
EHS Manager focuses on driving behavioural safety culture through effective training and engagement initiatives.
What the role involves
- Driving behavioural safety culture through effective training and engagement initiatives.
- Develop structured learning pathways across disciplines.
- Delivering SHE training programs for employees and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations and ADM standards across all departments.
- Leading risk management activities including DSEAR and fire safety compliance and Permit to Work systems and Life Critical Standards.
- Review of Risk Assessments, Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Equipment-specific Lock Out procedures (ESLPs).
Skills and requirements
- Recognised Health & Safety qualification ().
- Degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of Risk assessments, method statements, and permit systems, Mechanical & Electrical processes and Combustible dust hazards and hazardous area classification.
