EHS Manager

EHS Manager focuses on driving behavioural safety culture through effective training and engagement initiatives.

What the role involves

• Driving behavioural safety culture through effective training and engagement initiatives.
• Develop structured learning pathways across disciplines.
• Delivering SHE training programs for employees and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations and ADM standards across all departments.
• Leading risk management activities including DSEAR and fire safety compliance and Permit to Work systems and Life Critical Standards.
• Review of Risk Assessments, Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Equipment-specific Lock Out procedures (ESLPs).

Skills and requirements

• Recognised Health & Safety qualification ().
• Degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Risk assessments, method statements, and permit systems, Mechanical & Electrical processes and Combustible dust hazards and hazardous area classification.
