What the role involves

• Provide packages of care for individuals and their families/carers experiencing first episode psychosis.
• To fulfil all requirements of CPA Care Co-ordination.
• Interview Date: 13th July 2026 (Subject to change).

• Increase mileage rates for > 4500.

Skills and requirements

• Bradford EIP are looking for a professionally qualified and suitably experienced RMN to join our vibrant specialist psychosis service as a band 6 Care Coordinator.
• Professional qualification in mental health nursing.
• Degree level education.
• Experience of care coordination under the care programme approach.
