What the role involves

• Managing design from pre‑construction through construction and Handover.
• Coordinating consultants, specialists.
• Ensure design compliance with standards, regulations and specifications.
• Maintain design delivery programmes and information release schedules.
• Review and coordination meetings.
• Resolve mechanical design risks and clashes.

Skills and requirements

• Must be from an electrical background, ideally an engineering background.
• Level 4 Qualification (Essential).

Confirmed role details

• £65,000 - £85,000 + All travel, healthcare, 2x bonus, and package.
• We will also be open to applicants who are interested in freelance.
• Ensures that electrical design solutions are coordinated, compliant, buildable, aligned with programme, quality, project financial commitments and company standards.
• Operates reports into the Contracts Lead.
