What the role involves

  • Monitor subcontractor works, ensuring compliance with Control of Work procedures.
  • Ensure safe execution, quality delivery, and timely completion of all assigned work.
  • Perform maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on LV and ELV systems.
  • Respond to breakdowns within SLA timelines and complete maintenance independently.
  • Liaise with client representatives regarding maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage contractor performance for maintenance and remedial works.

Skills and requirements

  • City & Guilds or equivalent electrical/engineering qualification.
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification (Level 3 preferred for isolations).
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a critical environment.
  • Ideally current or previous Authorized Person (AP15/12 or similar).
