What the role involves

• Adhere to all aspects of Health & Safety Onsite in accordance with legislation and Dalkia/Customer policies, while ensuring team works to Values at all times.
• Understand and pro-actively improve the contractual KPIs & SLA’s.
• Ensure first class service is delivered to any person who works in or visits the buildings.
• Propose ideas for technical compliance and excellent service delivery. Lead on compliance, PPM & reactive work.
• Plan/schedule to avoid issues arising. Always think ahead with a strategic mind-set.
• Ensure we are delivering to the required standards SFG-20 and or manufacturers recommendations.

Skills and requirements

• Electrical Installations Level 3 (Essential).
• 18th Edition (Essential).
• Ability to diagnose faults and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Proven track record in working with CAFM systems.

• To actively support and adopt best practice across all operations within the contract.
